Our story is not one of fairy tales but of brokenness, failure, and redemption. For 7 1/2 years, our marriage was marked by infidelity, lying, trust issues, constant fighting, arguing, and patterns that poisoned everything we touched. We sat with counselors, met with pastors, and tried to fix it ourselves, but nothing worked. Eventually, we divorced, convinced that was the only option left.

 

Proverbs 11:3 (NASB) says, “If the foundations are destroyed, what can the righteous do?” That was us. We built our marriage on a cracked foundation of childhood wounds, trama, mama and daddy issues, control, toxic communication, and empty religion. It was a generational cycle that seemed unbreakable... But God!

 

While we were apart, God met us in our brokenness. He stripped away the old and began to rebuild. He healed our hearts, restored our trust, and brought us back together in remarriage. What once was destroyed has now become a testimony of His power to redeem.

The very struggles we endured are now the very tools God is using to heal, deliver, and restore other marriages on the brink of divorce. Our testimony has become a light, reminding couples that God loves marriage and that it does not have to end in brokenness. What the enemy meant for destruction, God has turned into a story of redemption, and now we stand as living proof that NO MARRIAGE is too far gone for His healing power!!!
